Who we are
This website is run by NEONSTUDIO 3 VOF, Vrijheidstraat 3, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium · BTW BE0793205028. We are responsible for the personal data described below. For any question about your data, write to gallery@neonstudio3.com.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. You will first receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription; you are only added after you confirm. We use your address only to send you news about exhibitions, openings and events at Neonstudio 3. Our newsletter is sent with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the data in the EU on our behalf and may record whether a newsletter is opened and which links are clicked. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter, or by writing to us. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.
Emails, RSVPs and enquiries
When you email us, for example to RSVP for an opening or to make an appointment, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use this only to answer you and organise your visit, and keep it no longer than needed for that.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). To deliver the website securely, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in short-lived server logs. Transfers to the United States are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not share your data with anyone other than the service providers named above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to gallery@neonstudio3.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
